By the way, I'm almost finished with the book which will have every wish I've received!
It will be available to purchase on blurb.com soon!

Dear Wishers,

I am working on compiling a book of all the wishes I've ever received, which will be available to everyone. It may take a while, since there's a lot of scanning & digging involved! When that book is finished, wish box project, will be done as well. I plan to have more projects in the near future. My thoughts and ideas have grown a lot since I began wish box project and I know that now is the time to begin something new. You see, I've come to realize what's beyond wishing and that is: belief. So what I want to say is, that instead of wishing, I hope we will all begin to dream of dreams we've never dared to dream before and completely believe in those dreams and that they can and will come to fruition.

I will continue to blog on my first website, but in the near future, I will also have more information on new websites I create and I hope that my wishers will continue to be involved in my new projects with me!

Thank you!
Lots of love

I've come to the conclusion that regular doctors in America do not know anything. Everything is so heavily relied on the worst case scenarios that doctors forgot how to treat people with regular everyday problems, such as menstrual cramping, weight gain, constipation, etc.
This past year, I broke out with acne horribly! I went to so many doctors and tried so many things and everyone said it was because of my age and hormones! Well, this is a message to others with acne out there. Everything you've been told is bullshit. No, your acne will not pass with age. Just think about it...Why do so many adults have acne?
Well, I discovered Dr. Mercola a few months ago. He is a natural doctor with a very big belief that the FDA is bad and I happen to agree with him. Through him I found out that the cause of my acne is from grains. Listen, acne sufferers! No corn, bread, rice, or sugar. This is my diet and you know what? Within one week of starting the diet this past winter, my acne dramatically disappeared! All I have now, are acne scars. As for the no sugar thing, that was particularly difficult for me and my sweet tooth, but the fruit I eat completely got rid of my sugar addiction. The only other sweet food I'll eat is VERY, VERY dark chocolate. Just recently, I bought chocolate from Trader Joe's, which is 85% Cacao and it is to die for! (And goes amazing with a glass of red wine!)
So remember - not grains. And don't believe in that whole grain/whole wheat bullshit. No grains. Period.

Anyways, so back to my day trip to the long island sound. I met my new doctor, she's a Naturopathic doctor. Just after a few days, I gotta owe it to her. I feel so amazing. I want to share, that my family is poor. We're so poor that we've got free health insurance from the government. I tried so hard to take advantage of this, but doctor after doctor, I came to the conclusion that no one will help. I've had stomach problems the past year and finally I get help from a nutritionist, and by shedding out my last penny just to be healthy. The point of this post, is that I'm fed up with what this country is doing to its' own people. Everyone is so unhealthy. I'm at a loss of words by this country's situation. I watch Dr. Oz once in a while and it is truly very depressing sometimes when you hear about the different problems that people have, which could have been avoided with proper medical care!

Anyways, that's my shpiel.

Isn't the Long Island Sound beautiful?

This is my first sound installation. Just been experimenting with this idea. So I hope I'll be able to build up on the idea more, sometime soon. The song is called 'Diamond Day,' by Vashti Bunyan.

Watch this. They're so cool. They just dance on the streets all day long. I want to join their crew, but don't think I'd get my hair to stick up like that haha.

I meant to upload these, but never did. My family and I went on vacation in Dominican Republic. I can't say we enjoyed it so much - I don't know if endless amounts of food, watered down alcohol, and cheap wine at an all-inclusive resort is really our kinda thing.  And it was difficult to enjoy the trip, knowing that right outside the resort there are people living in shacks. I did get these great snapshots though and have became quite inspired to learn Spanish. The Dominicans were very sweet people, but if you go to one of these resorts and you're thin and young, the guys won't leave you alone. I had a waiter come up to me and try to feed me my own food AND right in front of my mom! Oh and while we were there, we discovered the notorious Dominican drink, called 'Mamajuana' and the fact that it's an aphrodisiac, which makes the guys go crazy! Haa. The drink actually tastes really good. It's a drink filled with herbs, resembling wood bark, and it's then filled with honey, wine, and rum! Then there was the fruit. We tried to take advantage of the passion fruit & papaya - mmm..so so good! Other than that, you're probably expecting me to rave about the beach and the clear blue water and blah blah blah..Yes, it was nice, but major warning to white people, EVEN if you wear sunblock do not stay under that sun. It is a death-zone! I wore sunblock everyday and 3 weeks later, my skin is still peeling. I didn't even get burnt in the Dominican, as you can tell from the photos above. So all I have to say is, I don't know the big hype about the DR.

Oh but for some Spanish phrases:

Hasta Luego - See you later!
Buenos Dias - Good morning
Buenos Tardas - Good day
Buenos Noches - Good night
Como estas? - How are you?
Muoy Bien - Very great
Bonita - Beautiful (of course, I quickly learned what this meant)
Bambino - Child (in reference to my brother)

I don't know if they're living up to their organic standards...
Recently found four hearts in one 'organic' chicken from costco.
So has anyone had a similar experience while shopping for organic foods at costco?
